Canadian Reiki Association.

Level 1
This level gives you the groundwork needed to understand how Reiki energy works and the confidence to help yourself & others!
Level 2
This Level builds on the skills learned in level 1, gets deep into the symbols and gives the student the designation of Practitioner at the end.

What to Expect
**Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification** 1 Day + 1hr Practicum
Whether you're looking for a refresher or are new to energy healing, this class is for you! We will learn the basic foundation of Usui Reiki, but will also be focusing on connecting with your energy and what that feels like for you.
This is an amazing opportunity for self discovery and learning new tools to heal yourself and others. Gain the experience and confidence for using this modality through practice in class and a 1hr practicum session with our experienced Reiki Masters! Once complete, you can become certified under the Canadian Reiki Association after 6 months if you choose.

- Expertise of 2 heart-centered Reiki Masters
- Practicum, 1hr session (additional packages available)

**Usui Reiki Level 2 Certification** 1 Day + 1 hr Practicum
Once you've completed your Level 1 Usui Reiki and practicum session, we will move into the Second Level of Usui Reiki! The focus will be on the Reiki symbols, providing attunements and connecting with your energy and what that feels like for you. This is an amazing opportunity for self discovery and learning new tools to heal yourself and others. Gain the experience and confidence to become a practitioner by using this modality through your 1hr session with our experienced Reiki Masters! You can become certified under the Canadian Reiki Association after 6 months if you choose from your level 1 certification.

To prepare, please note the following:
- Dress comfortably
- Bring a pillow & blanket if you like
- As with any workshop, you may want to bring a pen and paper/book to take notes
- Bring a lunch
Water & tea will be provided, feel free to bring your own if you wish.
