Merging their gifts together was an amazing discovery that has impacted so many people in such an amazing transformative way! They've definitely had many lifetimes together and they can't wait to bring their passion to you!

Sophie Turner
Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Energy Healer, Frequency Facilitator and Mentor. Born and married into the military; spending years working in care homes and hospitals as an LPN, experiencing myself and being a witness to others through there most trying times… has all led me to the compassionate and dedicated alternative health healer I am today. Recognizing conventional medicine wasn’t helping with the PTSD, recognizing I could do something about it. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Tuning Fork and Energy Field Practitioner, and Intuitive Healer, I combine my diverse skills to guide you on your own path to whole-body wellness. Your body has a natural capacity for self- restoration and I am here to help clear whatever is blocking that natural ease. The services I offer are one on one inner wisdom sessions, duo sessions with sound and reiki, sound baths, training immersions and so much more. I am so grateful to offer my services and share our wellness space with you to help you heal.​
Launa Hobson
Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Energy Healer, Musical Frequency Facilitator and Mentor. I’ve lived lifetimes: raised my children, worked for the government, worked in group homes for developmentally delayed adults, been a support through new life, through deaths and through illnesses. I’m now in the best chapter, the leader of my life, guiding others to better health and happiness. I am a Master Teacher, Sound & Energy Healer with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sound therapy and energy healing techniques. At Sol-Auna Wellness & Retreats, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and harmony in their lives through personalized sessions and workshops. Always learning and growing myself, I hold a transformative, safe, empowered space as we expand your own innate healing abilities through physical, emotional and spiritual transformation.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a passion for supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, emotional trauma, and generational healing. I believe we all have an inner capacity for healing and change, and it’s an honour to support my clients as they reconnect with their own inner strength and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and client-centred. I create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore what may be holding them back, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and begin creating positive change. Each session is tailored to the individual and their unique needs. I received my Clinical Hypnotherapy certification through ARCH Canada and continue to pursue ongoing professional development and education to ensure my practice remains safe, ethical, and effective. Reflex Circle at Solauna Wellness The name Reflex Circle was chosen with intention: to invite you into a supportive circle — a space of wholeness, flow, and connection, reminding us that everything is linked and nothing stands alone. As a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™), I weave together reflexology with breathwork and meditation — deepened by experiences such as a 10-day silent retreat. My path to reflexology began long before I even knew its name. As a child, I watched my father return home exhausted after long hours on his feet, and my instinct was to ease his pain. Those small moments revealed how touch could bring comfort and connection — planting the earliest seeds of the work I do today! Clients often share that our sessions bring subtle yet powerful shifts, whether easing migraines, lifting mental fog, soothing digestion, or offering lightness in times of grief. Nicole is a Master Alchemical Dance Ceremonialist, Certified Akashic record reader, Temple Body Artist/Mentor/Priestess, Womb Priestess, Multidimensional Goddess Channel, Certified Crystal and Reiki practitioner, Traditional African healing and core shamanic apprentice, Speaker, Certified Trauma informed facilitator, Embodiment coach, and Dance artist. Nicole holds a degree/BA in dance, choreography, and performance artistry. Her lineage comes from the islands of Antigua/Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, and the countries of England and Canada. For over 25 years Nicole has dedicated her life to the arts, wellness, and empowerment. Nicole has studied in Health and embodiment coaching, Womb Wellness, Spirituality, Divine feminine and Goddess arts, Dance/somatic movement, energy modalities (Reiki, Crystal therapy). She has performed nationally in Canada and internationally in places such as New York and Trinidad and Tobago; continues to hold space and has currently facilitated movement experiences with over 200,000 + humans. Hi, I’m Mel, the heart behind The Cottage Coven. I’m an intuitive healer, Reiki practitioner, card reader, and I lead healing workshops that bring people together to create, release, and reconnect with themselves. I also create reiki energy–infused home décor, bringing positive energy into the places we call home. I’m a proud mom of two incredible boys and a lifelong Airdrie local. My path is guided by kindness, vulnerability, and a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone — and that no one has to walk that road alone.
