✨️A letter to ME, as if it has already happened✨️

Hi Sophie,

Today I had an extraordinary day, I felt like my whole being was being lifted and supported by all my encounters. This left me feeling whole, complete and at peace.

As I went through my day, I met with an enlightened being. We meditated 🧘‍♀️ ❤️ and mirrored clarity & healing for my family line in forms of abandonment & heart break that has stopped growth & progress through generations.

The feeling of freedom filled my chest, I felt lighter, like I wasn't holding the weight of the world on my shoulders anymore. I can breathe, I can move with easy & flow. I can feel the love that surrounds me. I feel connected to the world around me and able to make sense of life.

We are all connected ❤️.

As I moved through my day I could feel the tree's, my breath connected to all living things. The power within me was strong, every breath and movement with purpose and love... I am home, I am me.
