Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification Whether you’re looking for a refresher or are interested in learning more about energy healing, this class is for you! We will learn the basic foundation of Usui Reiki, which allows you to heal yourself, your family & friends. This class is a full day of learning traditional Usui Reiki, with a contemporary twist! Learning the basics of energy healing and receiving an attunement. What’s included: - Level 1 Reiki attunement - Reference manual and a certificate. - Training, practicing and integration throughout the day. To prepare, please note the following: - Dress comfortably - Bring a pillow & blanket - As with any workshop, you may want to bring a pen and paper/book to take notes Water, coffee & tea will be provided, feel free to bring your own if you wish.
