And now, Sol-auna Wellness is bringing a Soul Sound Experience right to your doorstep. This is not just a workshop—it’s an embodied journey, meant to be felt, not explained. No two experiences are ever the same, because no two souls are the same. You’ll be welcomed with open hearts and a warm hug (always optional 🤍), then gently guided with intuitive messages from our favourite oracle decks—often offering exactly what you didn’t know you needed to hear. From there, we soften into a guided meditation and breathwork to reconnect body, mind, and spirit. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in the healing resonance of solfeggio crystal bowls, the soft soulful voice of Launa Hobson, drumming, chimes, flute, and the steady, nurturing support of intuitive energy work rooted in Usui Reiki. We move together through a timeless vortex of self-healing, nervous system regulation, and deep inner listening—before returning in a closing sharing circle to simply observe, be, and (if called) journal what surfaced. What to Bring | Make Your Nest: Come create a cozy space just for you. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to get comfortable, along with a water bottle and a journal if you feel called to reflect.
