Wakey Wakey Activation: Scheduled Saturdays, 9:30am-10:30am Weather permitting, we will be at Nose Creek Park in Airdrie, AB! WHY?! We see it as a way to reach out to our community and help connect us all to the divine presence that we all have inside. WHY NOT?! Now with this continued commitment to ourselves, we will find accountability and acceptance within ourselves. As we come back into our bodies, we will better understand how we do things and may change the way we look at ourselves and the world around us. Now step into a relationship with yourself! Remind yourself that you are PERFECT just the way you are, that you're just uncovering it again for yourself. Trust in yourself! You are worth every moment of your time! Move! Breathe! Let go!
