Tuning Fork Therapy allows the application of specific sound frequencies to the body and its surrounding energy field. Based on the principles of resonance, it aims to restore harmony and balance within the physical, emotional, and spiritual self. When a tuning fork is activated, it produces a pure tone that can gently coax the body's cells and energy systems back into a state of equilibrium.
This brings the body and mind into balance and can also support the release of negative thoughts or emotions. Sound frequency can help regulate the nervous system, balance the body, reduce pain and promote relaxation.

Join Sophie and Launa on this two-day immersion of sound, healing, vibration and coherence. Learn the history of tuning forks and frequency healing. Learn the basics of various tuning forks: how to connect with them, what they do, and how to work with them on others to promote healing and relaxation. Dive into the world of solfeggio frequencies, otto tuners and harmonic resonance.
This is a small group hands on immersion for healing practitioners and spa facilitators looking to expand their offerings, or for individuals who want to better help themselves at home. Practice your newfound skills in a supportive environment and get to know what you like and what frequencies you are drawn to. Leave feeling calm, relaxed, informed, and knowing what tuning forks you want to incorporate in your own practice.
